Hello and welcome to your Autism Insights Programme with Advance: The Disability Consultants. My name is Oliver Fenghour and I am the Founding Director of Advance: The Disability Consultants. I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome a high-functioning form of autism when I was ten years old. As an expert by experience of over 25 years I want to impart my knowledge and personal experiences of what organisations must do differently to effectively support and develop autistic talent within their workplaces.
